Yes. For safety reasons, we only accept children aged 6 and over.

A standard flight is 45mins – 1 hour, depending on the weather, the amount of fuel on board and the air temperature. The safety of our passengers is our highest priority, and should the weather conditions change, we may slightly shorten a flight if we believe it is safer to do so.

Yes. All of our guests who fly with us are covered by insurance.

Our flights take place around sunrise because the weather conditions are more stable. If the thermal conditions make it safe to do so, we may also offer a sunset flight.

Yes. Make sure you your camera is charged and you have lots of space on your memory card!

You don’t need any special clothing for hot air ballooning, but remember to dress practically as you will need to climb in and out of the basket! We suggest long trousers and a light jacket in summer, and a warm jacket and hat in winter. Trainers are the best idea for footwear – strappy sandals and high heels are not permitted.

Our balloons can fit 16 passengers at a time.

Safety of our guests, crew and equipment is our utmost priority, so from time to time we may need to cancel a flight. The most common reason for a cancellation is the weather conditions. We will not fly if we think your safety could be jeopardized. If your flight is cancelled, you can reschedule for another day, or we will issue a refund if a flight has been cancelled by us for any reason.

Balloon flight gift vouchers are not refundable, however they can be transferred to someone else. Just contact us to let us know who you have transferred your voucher to, and we will update our files accordingly.
